A successful design process calls for hands-on involvement from the client. Clients get best results when they have clear strategic goals but don't force their preconceptions on the design work.
This information is meant to clarify the process for customers with little or no prior experience working with designers.
- Make Initial Contact: In your initial contact please be as descriptive about your requirement as you can. Describe your company and what you need designed in best detail. Be specific and give details that will be needed for an estimate. (Read
How to write a Request For Proposal for your design project for better understanding)
- Receive Estimate: On the basis of a careful review of your project description, we prepare a rough estimate for the project. This is a quick "ballpark" estimate. But before work begins, there will need to be an approval of a "contractual quote".
No commitment is needed from you at this stage.
- Sign Project Approval: After you approve the estimate and fully understand the terms, you may sign a contract with Arty Creations. The contract clearly defines all the parameters related to your project like detailed pricing structure, copyright information, agreed upon completion date etc. Read the general guidelines of the contract. The contract will also state a percentage of the down-payment to begin the project.
Upon your entering in contract with Arty Creations, we begin the project-planning & allocate resources at our end, to ensure your complete satisfaction in the desired time-frame.
- Project Delivery: Final art will be sent via e-mail to you or location of your choice once remainder of payment is received.
